- Ya, I think Netscape looks just fine in 16 Colors. ANd it's just about fast
- Enough to be Useable. If you drop down into B&W mode, and have Backgrounds
- on, you can see/read anything, but it's not bad at all in 16 color mode.
- Netscape does do a pretty good dither job.
