  27. Ya, I think Netscape looks just fine in 16 Colors.  ANd it's just about fast
  28. Enough to be Useable.  If you drop down into B&W mode, and have Backgrounds
  29. on, you can see/read anything, but it's not bad at all in 16 color mode.
  30. Netscape does do a pretty good dither job.
